Warren County Fair Vendor Information:

Directions From Interstate 70:

Exit 193
Go north on HWY 47 one mile to Fairgrounds Road.
Turn Left on Fairgrounds Road.
Take Fairgrounds Road until you see the Metal Building on the Right (approx 1/4 mi)
The parking lot alongside that metal building is vendor staging area.
Vendors will enter through the Gate at the West end of that metal building.

Directions From North HWY 47:

Take HWY 47 South to Fairgrounds Road.
Turn Right on Fairgrounds Road.
Take Fairgrounds Road until you see the Metal Building on the Right (approx 1/4 mi)
The parking lot alongside that metal building is vendor staging area.
Vendors will enter through the Gate at the West end of that metal building.

A representative will direct you to your booth location and provide you with your passes.
If a representative is not there immediately, please be patient, they may be working with another Vendor and will be there shortly to assist you.

Set-Up: Vendors may begin setup on Wednesday July 2nd from 12 pm until 4 pm.
Should you need to setup earlier, call or text one of the contacts listed below.

Tear Down: Saturday July 5th after 11 pm and all-day Sunday July 6th.

Daily Schedule: We ask that you have your booth staffed when carnival rides start and end each day. Carnival Ride Schedule: Thursday thru Friday 5 PM to 10 PM Saturday 12 PM – 11 PM.  However, we do recognize that our Vendors have jobs, run businesses and have families; therefore their schedules vary throughout the week. On occasion you may arrive later or need to leave early, we ask that you please inform a Fair Official when possible.
